Je pense que site n' est pas fiable.
J'ai passé commande il y a 3 semaines d'un article.
Je n'ai reçu aucun à accusé de réception de commande alors que j'ai bien été débitée.
Pas de contact téléphonique possible et e-mail inconnu par le serveur...

Ordered the Himoto brushless truck 'Hammer". speedy delivery, but more importantly: very good service afterwards: don't have all the cables with your seperate charger to charge? Not a problem: shipped for free after. Broken gear because a screw on the engine was loose? free new gear sent after. So, super webshop!..

Good and fast delivery. Super service and cheap.
I ordered an RC tank and got it just 2 days later.
The tank didn't work when I took it from the box though, I emailed them and they replied quickly telling me to send it back so they could take a look at it and either fix it or replace it for me. For the trouble they gave me an extra box of ammo. Thanks guys. I recommend monstercars!..

Great car for very little money.
Everything is waterproof so driving in the rain is no problem, let's be honest you need to be able to drive in the rain over here.
Very fast with the normal battery so I wonder how crazy it gets with lipos.
Transmitter and receiver work great on 2,4mhz, parts are cheap so if something breaks (which can happen at high speeds) replacing it isn't that bad.
The normal battery is useless (about 5 to 10 minutes before it stops) so if you don't have any of your own, buy some extra.
Other than that it's a fine car, fast, tough, cheap...

Packed safely and everything is there!
Didn't get updated about the order though.
It still says my order is delayed but I actually have it.
Other than that I'm very happy about RC Monstercars.com.

After contacting the website (I'm new to rc cars) I ordered a Traxxas Slash which arrived in 2 days. The customer service unfortunately (but understandably) doesn't know all important details about all products. I was told the car did not have lipo low voltage cut off but it did!
I couldn't try it out (it's for my son :) but we're going to soon when I change the connectors on the batteries).
Review of the webshop: Always there for their customers (which is a lot to ask for these days unfortunately), fast response, try their best to help you...

I ordered an RC Wheeled Loader Premium but got the normal version instead . After an email with an attacked photo they replaced it for me !!
It's not often you find a store with service this good and fast !

Got my son a 1/16 short course truck with 2.4 GHz transmitter.
He loves it! The range and speed are great, he got it to about 200 m without any problems.
I had some questions and got fast response to the emails.
Unfortunately his car broke this weeked, but it's being taken care of.
Super service, keep it up, this seperates you from the other shops!..

Amazing service. Everything is just right! The cars got here in 2 days. They even checked to make sure I had intended to order 2 or whether it was an accident. Super! When they arrived my son managed to crash one right away. Bummer. Ordered replacement parts right away. This took some time because they didn't have them in stock an neither did their supplier. But they kept me updated about it, so thank you for that. My next order will absolutely be a monstercars. If I could have given a higher rating I would have...
